The Firm provides specific advisory and assistance services concerning corporate and business law, assisting natural and legal persons, shareholders and corporate bodies in the ordinary and extraordinary management of companies, and in all critical phases of the related activities.
The firm deals daily with the preparation and drafting of corporate documents, minutes of ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meetings, of board of directors meetings, and in general in the preparation of all corporate documentation.
The Firm provides assistance in the verification, preparation and updating of the Organization, Management and Control Models of companies pursuant to the requirements of Legislative Decree 231/01.
We also provide day by day assistance in the drafting and negotiation of business agreements of all kinds with national and international subjects (including, but not limited to, contracts for production and supply, utilization, logistics, circulation and management of goods and services), working with clients to allow them to overcome criticalities or resolve disputes and problems among shareholders, corporate bodies, and with the public authorities.
